NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING THE ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE HIDDEN SPRINGS PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OF OAKLAND, TENNESSEE
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Oakland Board of Mayor and Aldermen on a proposed ordinance to amend the Hidden Springs Planned Development situated in Oakland, Tennessee as follows:
A PROPOSED ZONING AMENDMENT ADOPTING A REVISED GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF HIGHWAY 194 ON +/- 84 ACRES. PARCEL 029.00 ON FAYETTE COUNTY TAX MAP 107.
The hearing will be held pursuant to the provisions of Section 13-7-203, Tennessee Code Annotated. Said hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Oakland Board of Mayor and Aldermen on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 7:00 PM AT THE OAKLAND TOWN HALL.
Any interested party is invited to appear before Board and be heard. The proposed ordinance will be available for public examination in the Oakland Planning Department at 7742 Highway 64, Suite C, Oakland, TN.
